How to bid

1. Register

If you want to be able to access all information about properties for sale on AuctionEU and stay informed about upcoming real estate auctions, you must first register.

The registration form includes obligatory information and optional data that are required if you want to bid on one of the auctions.

2. Find your property

Search among the properties on AuctionEU using the filters or selecting from the map on the Our properties page.

When you have identified the property of your interest, download and read the information available on the property. Take advantage of the 3D tour, pictures, rendering and floor plan, and visit the property from the comfort of your home. You can also book an appointment to visit it in person, using the form on the page of the chosen property.

If you are thinking of buying a property with financing, you can click on the Mortgage advice button.

3. Place an offer

If you have decided to bid on a property, you have two options available:

You can click on Buy Now, and, by doing so, you will buy the property at the fixed Buy Now price. Check the property page and note the exact day and time when the Buy Now function will be activated and when the Buy Now button will be disabled. Note that the Buy Now option will remain available on the property until the deposit is paid;

You can click on Apply to bid to place a bid during the auction, in which case you will receive a phone call from one of our team members who will guide you through the process of getting admitted to the auction. If your request is accepted, you will be able to place one or more bids during the auction.

4. Complete the purchase

If your Buy Now or auction bid has been accepted, you are required to sign the preliminary contract and pay the deposit within 3 working days from the date of acceptance of your bid.

In the following weeks you will be able to complete the purchase through the traditional real estate deed process before a notary.
